Beautiful Dreamers Ltd. Policies

This program is designed to provide discounted care to those who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their medical services (Uninsured or Underinsured). Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd., will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd., will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate based on an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule (SFS) to determine eligibility.

It is the policy of Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd., that it does not discriminate based on race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, religion, or otherwise as may be prohibited by federal and state law. Harassment and intimidation include abusive, foul, or threatening language and/or behavior.
