This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. Sliding Fee Discount Program Policy

This program is designed to provide discounted care to those who have no means, or limited means, to pay for their medical services (Uninsured or Underinsured). Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd., will offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to all who are unable to pay for their services. Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd., will base program eligibility on a person’s ability to pay and will not discriminate based on an individual’s race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The Federal Poverty Guidelines are used in creating and annually updating the sliding fee schedule (SFS) to determine eligibility.

Harassment or intimidation of a client, staff, person or guest because of that person’s race, age, color, sex, national origin, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, or religion is specifically prohibited and may be grounds for termination. Harassment and intimidation include abusive, foul, or threatening language and/or behavior.
