Beautiful Dreamers Behavioral and Educational Center, Ltd (also referred to as Beautiful Dreamers or Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd) provides behavioral health services to include facilitating effective and holistic results for children K-12 with learning needs and who exhibit at-risk behaviors. Beautiful Dreamers also extends behavioral support services to individuals, families, and the community.
To achieve this purpose of facilitating the minimization of at-risk behaviors of the target population, Beautiful Dreamers’ principal objective is to provide behavior-focused services. These include:
Psychiatric care services
Psychiatric and Psychological Evaluations
Medication management
Substance misuse care services
Behavioral health nursing services
Family counseling
Individual counseling
Group counseling
Grief and loss counseling
Training in conflict resolution, anger management, and crisis response
Additional objectives include:
To provide students with strategies to combat and overcome learning and behavioral challenges, and disruptive/at risk behaviors
To provide advocacy services for parents with children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
To help provide strategies or coping mechanisms for parents whose children experienced/ are experiencing traumatic events
To provide counseling and behavior therapy to parents who themselves have faced or are facing traumatic experiences
To provide sensitivity and intervention training to school personnel (including general and special education teachers, classroom para-professionals, and security personnel who work or come into contact with children with learning and behavioral problems, and at-risk behaviors.
To provide training to first responders of traumatic events
To provide intervention or behavioral therapy for personnel in security
To participate, host, sponsor fund raising events
To collaborate with other agencies to achieve the greater good for this population
