Dr. Vincentia Paul-Constantin

The Founder and Executive Director, Dr. Vincentia Paul-Constantin, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Virgin Islands and the state of Georgia. Dr Paul-Constantin is also a National Board-Certified Counselor (NCC). As a former special education teacher and advocate for over 14 years in Georgia, Dr Paul-Constantin is dedicated to students by ensuring that they can and will become productive citizens of society. With a Bachelors degree in Psychology, A Masters in Student Personnel Administration and Counseling, A Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, A Masters in Special Education, PhD in Educational Leadership, and multiple certifications and add-ons in special education, Dr. Paul-Constantin believes in the holistic approach to educating students; especially those with Learning disabilities and Mental Illness. With a mission to support, cultivate and equip students and families to become the best that they can be, it has become her mission to work collaboratively with schools and communities by providing the best educational outcomes for all students.


                                        Ms. Gaétane Borders

Ms. Gaétane Borders, Ed.S. is an experienced School/Clinical Psychologist and K12 School Administrative Leader with over 20 years of experience in public and private educational systems. After earning her Bachelors Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Tufts University, she also received her M.A. and Ed.S degrees in Clinical and School Psychology from New York University. Expertly trained in counseling, psycho-educational and neuropsychological assessments, Gaétane assists parents by assessing clients’ behavioral health and learning needs, and working collaboratively with families and educators to ensure that each individual client’s needs are met. In addition to her passion to help students, Gaétane is also a dedicated parent advocate, and works tirelessly to help parents achieve healthy, harmonious, and emotionally stable environments through consultation and counseling.


Dr. Robert B. Hunter

Dr. Robert B. Hunter is a National Board and American Board-Certified Psychiatrist who has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is licensed to practice in Alabama, Georgia and the US Virgin Islands. Dr. Hunter holds a B.A. Degree in Biology from Fisk University; a master’s degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University; and an M.D. in Medicine from Meharry Medical College. Dr. Hunter specializes in psychiatrists’ diagnoses, general psychiatry, forensic psychiatry, child and adolescent psychiatry. He treats mental illnesses, such as depression, anxiety disorder, substance abuse, and schizophrenia. Dr. Hunter comes to Beautiful Dreamers, Ltd., with extensive clinical and management experience in a wide range of practice settings. He is also currently on staff at Willow Oak Community Behavioral Center located in Newnan, Georgia; Lakeland Community Hospital located in Haleyville, Alabama and Apex Family Health located in Stockbridge, Georgia. Dr. Robert B. Hunter is a physician who has dedicated his career to bringing out the best of individuals through comprehensive Psychiatry and Medication Management.


                                                   Mr. Warren Mitchell

Mr. Warren Mitchell, a Licensed Clincial Social Worker (LCSW) in Georgia and the US Virgin Islands, has over 30 years of experience working with youth, families, and adults who are emotionally and spiritually-distressed. Warren is the CEO of his private practice, Journey of Self Discovery, LLC. in Decatur, GA, where he provides services as a Clinical Therapist, Life Coach, Spiritual Guide and Clinical Supervisor. Warren received his BA in Psychology from the Franciscan University and earned his Master of Social Work, with a concentration in Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. Warren has developed a model that supports people, groups, and businesses to operate authentically—especially during times of crisis by taking ownership of the responsibility of their lives and businesses. Warren sees organizations as living organisms that must be nurtured and cared for in order for it to not only stay alive, but to thrive in fulfilling their missions and visions. Mr Mitchell believes that organization’s most valuable assets are the people in which they serve. Warren notes that people are responsible for taking ownership of their position and leading from a place of excellence from which to nurture a culture that is people-oriented, safe, accountable, empowering, collaborative, innovative, and growth-driven. Warren’s goal is to provide support to people to get to the root of unhealthy cognitive processing and behavioral patterns that keep them in toxic or dysfunctional situations. Warren’s support is both insightful and action oriented. His approach is wholistic and centers on techniques that are culturally relevant to his clients. Warren is looking forward to supporting clients and the community.


Dr. Dara Hamilton

Dr. Hamilton, a native of St. Croix, a licensed Clinical Psychologist who has been practicing in the Virgin Islands for 15 years. Her approach is client driven, collaborative, and supportive. Dr Hamilton uses a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal, Emotion Focused and Mind/Body practices. Hamilton believes in helping people arrive at the most authentic version of themselves and assist clients in removing barriers to self-expression and joy. She strongly believes in people’s ability to heal; and support clients in recognizing that healthy, safe, and supportive environments are important to their healing.

At heart, Dr Hamilton is a community psychologist, and so, recognizes it is important to address environmental and systemic hindrances to wellness and other contextual factors that negatively affect community health.


                                                   Dr. Paula Graeber-Tracey

Dr. Paula Graeber-Tracey is a Certified Independent Social Worker (CISW) in the US Virgin Islands and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Minnesota. She relocated to the islands in 2019 and has been developing social work education and social work in healthcare settings since her arrival to St. Croix. Paula has over 15 years of experience working with children, youth and families. She also has extensive experience providing mental health services to adults. She works from a viewpoint that focuses on personal strengths and resiliency, forming a positive collaborative relationship, and meeting individuals where they are in the counseling process. Paula received her BA in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego and earned her Master of Social Work, with a concentration in Child Welfare from San Diego State University.

Dr. Tracey graduated with her Doctorate in Education in 2018 from the University of Minnesota, Duluth. Currently, Paula works with children, adolescents, and adults and her areas of clinical specialty include working with people who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related concerns including PTSD, crisis, substance abuse, and situational stressors such as domestic violence and grief. Paula has supervisory clinical experience in settings including K-12 public schools, outpatient counseling clinics, intensive residential treatment for adults, drop-in center for homeless youth, and a trauma focused treatment center for children. Paula values a person-centered approach, utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, holistic, play therapy techniques, and strives to be culturally aware. She has specialized training in Trauma- focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and crisis intervention. Paula has many interests including travel, swimming in the open ocean, cooking, hiking and exploring the beautiful nature and water of the islands.


Ms. Sandra Peterson

Sandra is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is board certified with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. After being a Registered Nurse for over 25 years, she decided to pursue her goal of becoming a Nurse Practitioner so she could provide compassionate care to those with mental health struggles. Her experience includes over 10 years in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Scottish Rite (CHOA), Laurelwood Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital and providing telehealth to outpatients.
Her treatment philosophy is holistic. The conceptual framework being that a person is body, soul, and Spirit. (Physical, Mental/Emotional, and Spirit). She provides psychiatric evaluations with medication management, individual therapy, group therapy, and case management consultation services. Sandra strongly believes in educating clients in order for them to be empowered in their wellness journey. In her spare time, Sandra enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and dancing.


                                                   Ms. Stacy Pryor

Stacy is an Ohio native. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron in Communicative Disorders. She obtained her Master of Arts degree in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Akron. Stacy has over 25 years of experience working in the field of Speech Pathology. She has performed diagnosis and treatment of disorders related to receptive and expressive language, Autism, pragmatic language, developmental delays, hearing loss, articulation/cleft palate, and Down Syndrome. Over her career span, she has been afforded the opportunity to work in a variety of settings with a diverse population which include private practice, clinics, hospitals, public schools, and pre-schools.

The majority of Stacy’s clinical focus has been working with children and young adults. Stacy holds a degree of Clinical Competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is also licensed by the Georgia board of Speech pathology and Audiology. Stacy’s passion for her work is inspired and motivated by her love of people, and her desire to serve. Stacy is able to foster connectivity through an appreciation of cultural values.
